1. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have completed the checkout process you will see a message on screen acknowledging your order and providing you with an order number. You will then receive an email confirming the success of your order to the email address you provided. Following this you will receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched; at this point payment will be processed. You will get a confirmation email. No cancellations or refund requests will be entertained.
2. METHOD OF PAYMENTS
We accept payments by Bank Transfer, UPI, Visa, Mastercard.
3. SHIPMENT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Available ordered items will be shipped within 3-4 business days.
only9T.com shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions and public holidays or any other circumstances beyond the control of only9T.com .
When the order is shipped, customers will receive an email from order@only9T.com listing the tracking number with a direct link to the courier website to monitor the shipment status.
4. ORDERS TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email including a tracking number.
If you have any problems with the order tracking, please contact us order@only9T.com.
5. SIZE ADJUSTMENT
If you need a size exchange because you miscalculated, we’d happily arrange for that one time only. Merchandise must be returned unworn/ unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging and seal. If an item is damaged or faulty, you must immediately notify order@only9T.com. including pictures of the packaging received with the item ordered and we will replace it with no charges. We take pictures of all items before we seal each parcel. The cost of delivery for size adjustment is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering the replacement item to you. Please allow up to 5 working days for this to be processed once we receive the merchandise from you.
6. MISSING PARCELS
Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us.
We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.
